AKRG HIGH SCHOOL is striving hard to make all students responsible citizens of tomorrow. Citizenship training is imparted in the school. The primary aim of the school is to transform young children into mature, responsible and self-controlled members of the society. The Principal, staff and the management have total authority to maintain order and control in the school campus.
Students are advised to be very attentive in class. Any difficulty must be brought to the teacher’s notice. Daily assignments must be completed, preparation for classes done, and remedial classes attended by weak students. Unit tests and preparatory exams are important for computing final results.
Every student is expected to pay due respect to members of management, teachers, staff, and workers.
Students should keep classrooms, school buildings, and campus neat. Books, shoes, and belongings should be arranged neatly.
Stealing or using others’ belongings or school property without permission will lead to immediate action, including dismissal.
Lending or borrowing of money or any article is not permitted. School is not responsible for lost goods.
Students should maintain proper behavior and appearance at all times. Boys should not put hands in pockets while talking to teachers or elders. Respectful and polite behavior is expected.
Great emphasis is laid on discipline, punctuality, regularity in attendance, respect of elders and teachers, and fundamental moral values. The outlook is secular but based on spiritual foundation. Students are encouraged to understand and practice their own faiths, parents are expected to cooperate with the school authorities fully in this regard.
Students must be in school before the first bell. A minimum of 75% attendance is required for promotion. Proper leave procedures must be followed. Habitual absence may lead to name removal from rolls or fines.
General Discipline

English is the medium of instruction and communication. Students must wear uniforms, be punctual, conduct themselves with dignity, respect elders, and care for their belongings. Misbehavior, foul language, and property damage will be dealt with seriously.
Vandalizing property, possessing weapons or intoxicants, cheating, fighting, bringing prohibited items, using mobile phones in class, and making loud noise are strictly prohibited.
Minor offenses are counselled. Major offenses result in warning letters, parental notification, suspension, or other strict disciplinary actions including removal from school in severe cases.
Students suspended for indiscipline shall not attend school until their parent is informed. This ensures early correction and cooperative child development.
Students may be removed for severe offenses such as drugs, bullying, or damage to property. Fees are not refundable. Parents give an undertaking at admission agreeing to comply with school rules. The management reserves the right to remove any student for the gravity of offenses.
